Q. What are the 'business hours'?
A. The business hours are between 8:00 A. M. to 5:00 P. M., Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Q. What information do I need to bring with me to get my vehicle back?
A. Proof of ownership such as a current registration; or a title; or notarized bill of sale accompanied with an application for a duplicate title, plus a state issued picture ID.

Q. What if my ID or other required information is in the vehicle?
A. We will send a lot person to your vehicle to retrieve what ID and other information you need when you come to our office at 1200 North A Street.

Q. Can the lot person also retrieve personal items?
A. No, only registrations and personal ID.
Q. What if my vehicle has been put on "HOLD" by METRO, NHP or some other impounding agency?
A. The vehicle must be released by the impounding agency. You must contact the impounding agency to find out the status of the 'hold' on your vehicle. When they release the vehicle, they will provide you with the proper documentation.

Q. How do I pay for the tow?
A. Impounds and stored vehicles-Cash or local check with a bank guarantee card. For private tows and other services only, cash or local check with a bank guarantee card plus all credit cards are accepted except American Express.
Q. If I need to have a vehicle towed, can I pay in advance?
A. Yes. We can take credit cards over the phone or you can come down and pay at our office at 1200 North A Street.
