    Yes, as long as there is no "hold" on the vehicle.

  2. Will the body shop prepare a written estimate for vehicle damages?

    Yes. Storage and towing charges must be paid and we will move the vehicle so a proper inspection can be performed.

  3. Does the body shop have loan vehicles while my vehicle is being repaired?

    No, but we can help you get a rental vehicle.

  4. Is customer pickup and drop-off available?

    Yes.

    Yes, we work with ALL insurance companies.
